The versatile UFO Fascia Optimizer helps to relax myofascial structures and can contribute to improving one’s general sense of physical well-being. Targeted self-massage promotes the elasticity and glide of the fascia. This can improve joint mobility in the short term and, with regular use, also support it in the long term without reducing muscle strength. Unlike intensive static stretching, muscular performance is maintained.
Use on the foot:
- Sit comfortably on a chair.
- Place your foot on the UFO
- Support it solely with your own body weight.
- Move your foot slowly forwards and backwards.
- If you come across an area that feels uncomfortably sensitive, hold this position for about two minutes until the tension eases or you feel more relaxed.
